Founded in 2016, BRI united top talent in its Franklin, TN, headquarters with the goal of creating a wellness system that offers flexibility and community support for those who have experienced a diminished feeling of brain health and well being. We accomplish this with the 4 Pillars of Wellness.

After years of searching for a solution to the symptoms he experienced on a daily basis, BRI founder Mickey Mitchell developed the 4 Pillars of Wellness System.
