Leon Drennan
Leadership Advisor
Mr. Drennan currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of FCAV. He is also an advisor with Clayton Advisors, the consulting arm of Clayton Associates.
Mr. Drennan is the former President of HCA Physician Services, one of the largest physician services networks in the U.S., operating over 350 owned physician practices. He has over 30 years of leadership experience within HCA and operated at a Senior Executive level overseeing an array of functions, including All About Staffing, Design/ Construction and Engineering, Real Estate, Corporate Services, Revenue Integrity, and Internal Audit. Mr. Drennan also developed a leadership platform for audit staff, generating opportunities both inside and outside the company. Mr. Drennan received a B.S. from Murray State University.
Mr. Drennan currently serves on the Board of First Priority of America, a youth evangelism ministry. He is Chairman of the Board of Sweet Sleep, a ministry to orphans and the underprivileged. He is executive coaching advisor to the founder and owner of Brain Recovery Institute, a brain health company. He is executive coach for owners and leaders in the food services industry and hospital industries. He is an executive coach for leaders at the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board and the executive committee of the Southern Baptist Convention.
He has written and published seven books. Five of them were related to leadership development, the most recent of which is 20/20 Leadership. One is about spiritual laws called Seasons of the Soul.
